He was born in 1367 AH/1948 AD in Gharfa, Morocco. He finished memorization the whole Quran when he was ten years old. He traveled to Madina to join the Islamic University. He received the secondary certificate from it along with Bachelor\’s, Master\’s and Ph.D.
