A book in English in which the author confirms that writing a will is a religious obligation for every capable Muslim. It protects against many problems and conflicts that could arise after a person’s death. Failing to write a well-founded will may result in distributing one’s estate in discord with Islamic law and prohibiting some rightful inheritors.
